Together We Grow: 2024 C-Data Team Building Activities

From September 20th to 21th, we celebrated C-Data's 15th anniversary and the completion of the industrial park in Shanwei with a memorable team-building journey. Bathed in the warm autumn sunshine and the gentle touch of a breeze, we enjoyed wonderful moments together, deepening our friendship in laughter and joy.

l Planting New Greens, Shaping the Future

Embracing the morning glow, we departed from our Shenzhen headquarter by bus and arrived at C-Data’s Shanwei Industrial Park after a two-hour drive, ready to enjoy a tasty lunch. In the afternoon, we explored the Shanwei Industrial Park of C-Data, which spans 30000 square meters, is expected to produce nearly 10 million units per year, providing a monthly capacity of one million.

The first activity was tree planting. CEO Alan Cui and Deputy General Manager Mr.Li took the lead in planting the first tree symbolizing our hope of smooth progress. Then, in groups of four, team member took on various roles: some dug holes, other transported saplings, and some planted and watered the trees. Through our collective effort, we successfully completed the planting task, beautifying the environment and raising our awareness of sustainability while learning the importance of teamwork. We looked forward to seeing these young trees grow vigorously, creating a comfortable work environment and reflecting our commitment to ecological care as a corporate value.

The second activity was coloring. A huge painting that embodies our corporate vision and slogan was divided into 10 sections, which were filled in by group. Some mixed colors, others communicated between teams, and some laid on the ground, meticulously coloring the painting. Everyone worked together to complete this impressive work. Through our collective participation, the piece not only became more vibrant, but also symbolized teamwork and our shared vision.

After the industrial park tour, we checked into the hotel located at Jinting Bay. When dinner time arrived, everyone gathered on the beach to enjoy a delightful barbecue. After dinner, during our free time, team members grouped together based on their interests—some sang karaoke and played mahjong, while others enjoyed card games and board games, all having a fantastic time.

l Remaining Our Intentions, Striving for Progress

On the second day, we enjoyed the beautiful sea views at Red Bay. With the sun shining down, everyone enjoyed a relaxed walk on the beach, immersed in the soothing sound of the waves and the refreshing coolness of the sea breeze. Gazing out at the sea, a sense of tranquility filled our hearts.

We explored the mysterious seaside castle, experiencing the romantic coastal atmosphere; or went to visit the statue of the Buddhist goddess Guanyin, praying for peace. Everyone posed with the unique natural landscapes for a memorable photo to preserve the joy of being together.

At the end of the day, we returned to Shenzhen with cherished memories. This team building activity was inspiring and exciting, brought everyone closer and deepened our relationship, while enhancing direct connections across departments. As we get back to work, we unite our strengths, stay true to our intentions, and strive for progress. Together, we envision a bright future for C-Data.
